Planning permission or planning consent is the permission required in the United Kingdom in order to be allowed to build on land, this even includes changing the use of land or building.

We will advise you on what could be considered by the council at all stages of the design process. We will complete this application on your behalf and liaise with your local council directly.

Once planning permission has been granted, we will take your proposal drawings to the next level. This includes highlighting all elements required for the build, for example; materials and sizing. These completed drawings will then be sent to building control for their final approval.
