Our project was a slightly unusual development which required creativity and attention to detail due to some earlier similar schemes which had been refused permission before we owned the property. As expected, the planning permission process was challenging but Zach responded to all matters raised quickly and thoroughly. His belief in the power of effective communication with the authorities and the desire to embrace a creative approach to the planning scheme along with his thorough knowledge of his field has gained the respect of all parties involved. They were prompt, responsive and extremely helpful when it came to designing and getting our extension project started. The process was explained clearly at the beginning including expected timescales and required approvals. The visit and paperwork were produced promptly and accurately, and submitted to the relevant authorities in a timely manner. They responded quickly to my queries and were always helpful in communicating with the council. Overall highly recommended.

Zach handled a tricky planning application for us for change of use and for permission to build a detached garage with new driveway on the land adjacent to our house. The first scheme was rejected but thanks to Zach’s excellent working relationship with the Bury planners, a revised plan was subsequently approved.

Zach and his team are personable and extremely easy to work with. They answer queries quickly and comprehensively. Despite a number of changes to the plans being needed to meet the planners’ requirements, Zach completed them as part of the original fee.

We would recommend Zach to anyone requiring architectural plans and/or looking for an agent to oversee their planning application - simple or otherwise.
